1. Organizer Identification

(hereinafter the "Organizer")

2. Subject Matter and Scope of the Terms

2.1 These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Organizer and a natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") who orders participation in the AI Horizons Prague conference or a ticket to this event via the web form.

2.2 By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2.3 The Customer may order one or more tickets within a single order.

3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 An order submitted via the web form constitutes a binding proposal to conclude a contract.

3.2 The contract between the Organizer and the Customer is concluded at the moment the Organizer issues the invoice.

3.3 The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the order within 1 business day of receipt of the order.

3.4 The right to participate in the event arises only after full payment of the issued invoice.

3.5 If the invoice is not paid within the due date, the Organizer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The ticket price is stated on the conference website.

4.2 Prices are stated excluding VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.3 Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the issued invoice.

4.4 If a discount code is used when placing an order, the discount will only be applied if the code is valid and used legitimately. The Organizer reserves the right not to accept an invalid or improperly used discount code.

5. Ticket Delivery

5.1 The electronic ticket will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

5.2 The ticket is issued exclusively in electronic form.

6. Cancellation Terms and Withdrawal from the Contract

6.1 Since this is a leisure-activity service provided on a specific date, the contract cannot be withdrawn from within the 14-day period pursuant to Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

6.2 Paid admission is non-refundable. The Organizer does not refund paid admission or any part thereof if the Customer or participant is unable to attend the event, for any reason whatsoever.

6.3 However, the Organizer reserves the right to decide on a refund of admission or part thereof in individual cases.

6.4 In the event that the event is cancelled by the Organizer, the Customer will be refunded the full amount of the ticket price paid.

6.5 In the event of a change to the event date, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the participant is unable to attend the new date, they may request the transfer of the ticket to another person.

7. Ticket Transfer

7.1 The ticket is transferable to another person.

7.2 A transfer must be requested by e-mail sent to the Organizer, either from the e-mail address provided in the order or by stating the order identification.

7.3 The request must contain the identification details of the new person (first name, surname, and e-mail).

7.4 The transfer is possible no later than the day of the event. The Organizer will confirm the transfer by e-mail.

8. Program Changes and Liability

8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, speakers, venue, or organizational details of the event.

8.2 Changes under the preceding paragraph do not give rise to any right to a refund of admission.

8.3 The Organizer is liable for damage only to the extent stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1 The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the conference website.

9.2 Details of the processing of personal data are set out in the document "Privacy Policy".

10. Final Provisions

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract will be resolved by the substantively and locally competent courts of the Czech Republic.

10.3 These terms and conditions are effective as of the date of their publication on the conference website.
