(hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”)
2.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Organizer and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) who, through the web form, orders participation in the AI Horizons Prague conference or a ticket to this event.
2.2 By submitting the order, the Customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.
2.3 The Client may order one or more tickets within a single order.
3.1 An order sent via the web form constitutes a binding proposal to conclude a contract.
3.2 The contract between the Organizer and the Client is concluded from the moment the invoice is issued by the Organizer.
3.3 The invoice will be sent to the e-mail specified in the order within 1 working day from the delivery of the order.
3.4 The right to participate in the event arises only after full payment of the invoice issued.
3.5 If the invoice is not paid within the due date, the Organizer is entitled to cancel the order unilaterally.
4.1 The ticket price is listed on the conference website.
4.2 Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.3 Payment shall be made in cash on the basis of the invoice issued.
4.4 If a discount code is used in the order, the discount will be applied only if it is valid and valid. The organizer reserves the right not to recognize an invalid or unlawfully used discount code.
5.1 The electronic ticket will be sent to the Customer's e-mail within 1 working day from receipt of payment.
5.2 The ticket is issued exclusively in electronic form.
6.1 Since it is a service in the field of leisure activities provided on a specific date, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days in accordance with Section 1837 (j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
6.2 The paid admission fee is non-refundable. The Organizer does not refund the paid admission fee or part thereof in the event that the Client or participant cannot attend the event for any reason.
6.3 However, the Organiser reserves the right to decide on the refund of all or part of the admission fee in individual cases.
6.4 In case of cancellation of the event by the Promoter, the ticket price paid will be refunded to the Client in full.
6.5 In the event of a change in the date of the event, the ticket remains valid for the new date. If the participant is unable to attend the new date, he can request the transfer of the ticket to another person.
7.1 The ticket is transferable to another person.
7.2 The transfer must be requested by e-mail sent by the Organizer, from the e-mail address specified in the order or indicating the order identification.
7.3 The application must contain the identification data of the new person (first name, surname and e-mail).
7.4 Transfer is possible no later than the date of the event. The organizer will confirm the transfer by e-mail.
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme, speakers, venue or organisational details of the event.
8.2 Changes in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall not give rise to the right to a refund of the admission fee.
8.3 The Promoter is liable for damage only to the extent stipulated by generally binding legislation.
9.1 The Client's personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the conference website.
9.2 Details of the processing of personal data are set out in the document “Privacy Policy”.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
10.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement shall be settled in substance and locally by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
10.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their publication on the Conference Website.
